Job Summary
General Manager – Sales Driven Leader to expand into the Omaha market, overseeing in-home DME/HME sales, installation, and service to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Lead a team to achieve appointment and revenue goals, manage vendor relationships and local subcontractors, ensure timely project completion, and maintain inventory and service quality. Responsibilities include sales leadership, in-home consultative selling, coordinating installations and maintenance/repairs, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies while traveling up to 10% to support market growth.
Required Qualifications
- Residential Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry experience (B2C)
- Proven experience as a successful Sales producer and manager
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Financial acumen including understanding of a budget
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
