Job Summary
Supervise all facets of store operations, including consumer sales, commercial sales, and service, while managing incoming leads to meet show and solution rate goals. Forecast unit sales and gross profit levels, oversee vehicle inventory, and collaborate with the Service Manager to maintain technician efficiency and billable hours. Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team effectiveness, recruit qualified candidates, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Uphold customer treatment standards to drive satisfaction and achieve NPS results at or above the corporate average. Manage store performance reports using Key Performance Indicators and identify local market opportunities to enhance business. Work standard 8-5 Monday through Friday hours with rotating Saturday availability, earning a competitive salary plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in sales management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
