Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals, build genuine relationships to foster loyalty, and contribute to store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets. Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to support inventory accuracy and minimize risk. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
