Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns with professionalism, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals, build genuine relationships to foster loyalty, and support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets. Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to ensure inventory accuracy. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available to move around all store areas while lifting up to 40 lbs.
