Selling Flex Associate - Crabtree Mall

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience through service, merchandise assistance, recommendations, and transaction processing. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, applying suggestive selling, building relationships for loyalty, maintaining selling areas and signage, assisting with store fulfillment and inventory accuracy, following safety and asset-protection procedures, staying informed about products and promotions, and contributing to a positive store culture. The role requires familiarity with technology (smart devices, Windows-based systems), and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical duties include movement throughout the store and lifting at least 40 lbs.
