Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals, build genuine relationships to foster loyalty, and support store operations including fulfillment, pricing, and asset protection. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring the ability to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs. Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge with teammates and embracing feedback to strengthen product knowledge and performance.
