Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized service, applying suggestive selling techniques, and building genuine relationships to drive sales and foster loyalty. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and presentation standards. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives by leveraging training tools, embracing feedback, and staying informed on products and promotions. Support store operations with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional tasks while adhering to asset protection and safety protocols. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
