Job Summary
Selling Flex Associate at Belk delivers a positive customer experience by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers; recommends products through suggestive selling; processes transactions accurately; maintains merchandise presentation and store cleanliness; supports store fulfillment and inventory accuracy; collaborates with teammates and adheres to safety, asset protection, and store policies. Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to lift/move at least 40 lbs; comfortable using technology (smartphones/tablets/Windows). Knowledge of products, promotions, and store events helps deliver accurate information and drive sales.
