Job Summary
Selling Flex Associate at Belk in Cleveland, TN delivering a positive customer experience by greeting and assisting customers, using suggestive selling to meet needs, processing transactions accurately, maintaining merchandising presentation, and supporting store operations and events. Build genuine relationships to foster loyalty, stay informed on products and promotions, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture while collaborating with teammates. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and the ability to move and lift items as part of daily duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be knowledgeable about products, promotions, policies, and store events
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success
- Communicate with excellence, customer-facing and tech-savvy (smart phones, tablets, Windows)
