Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized service and applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns with professionalism, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives by building genuine customer relationships, contributing to store operations, and following safety and asset protection protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 40 lbs.
