Selling Flex Associate

Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, and processing transactions. They drive sales and support store objectives by maintaining merchandise presentation, using suggestive selling techniques, and staying informed on products, promotions, and policies. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, building loyalty, handling inquiries and returns, ensuring accurate signage and stock replenishment, assisting with store fulfillment and pricing, and adhering to safety and asset-protection procedures. The role requires comfort with technology, the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to move and lift at least 40 lbs.
