Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized service, product recommendations, and transaction processing. Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives by maintaining merchandise presentations, managing stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate signage. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism while following asset protection and safety protocols. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and build genuine relationships that foster loyalty. Contribute to store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets as assigned. Maintain a positive store culture through teamwork, knowledge sharing, and celebrating achievements. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring physical mobility and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
