Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions accurately. Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives through suggestive selling, maintaining merchandise presentations, and handling inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism. Contribute to store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and inventory accuracy while adhering to asset protection and safety protocols. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery and stock replenishment, leveraging training tools to continuously boost product knowledge and selling skills. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
