Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly to build relationships, offer personalized product recommendations, and process transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentations, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism while applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and inventory accuracy, following asset protection and safety protocols. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals and daily priorities, leveraging training tools to continuously boost product knowledge and selling skills. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
