Selling Flex Associate

Provide friendly customer service, drive sales through suggestive selling and product recommendations, and process transactions. Maintain appealing selling areas with accurate signage and stock replenishment; assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other duties. Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business; stay informed on products, promotions, policies, and store events to deliver accurate information. Uphold asset protection and safety guidelines while supporting inventory accuracy and store objectives. Demonstrate ownership of tasks, communicate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; regularly move through all store areas and lift/move at least 40 lbs.
