Job Summary
Sell and manage a district by achieving sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling; build brand awareness within the assigned territory; develop and maintain strong customer relationships to demonstrate product value; implement and promote innovative customer programs; maintain relationships with new and existing customers; complete required paperwork; promote company marketing and promotional programs; requires travel up to 40% and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred); prior B2B sales experience and experience in territory/district management; ability to train and coach direct sales reps during the selling process; strong selling, coaching, and problem-solving skills; effective verbal and written communication at all organizational levels; company operates across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
