Job Summary
District Manager overseeing two Verizon Authorized Retailer locations in Troy and Piqua, OH. Drive sales performance, coach and develop teams, recruit and build future leaders, and balance sales leadership with operational excellence (policies, inventory controls, cash handling, merchandising). Lead field teams, review district sales results, mentor employees, plan schedules for peak selling times, and engage in community initiatives. Strong emphasis on coaching, customer-first selling, and achieving district results through people development and process adherence.
