Job Summary
Review district sales results and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities in a competitive wireless environment. Observe sales interactions, coach employees in real time, and model customer-first selling behaviors to drive retention and close sales. Lead team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to mentor staff, recruit talent, and build succession plans. Ensure operational excellence by enforcing policies, inventory controls, and merchandising standards while planning schedules for peak selling times. Travel 100% of the time, including overnight trips, to oversee one location in Hermiston, OR.
Required Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma
- Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week)
- Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel 100% of the time, including overnight travel, as required
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
