Job Summary
Develop and execute branch business plans to drive new client acquisition, retain existing accounts, and maximize fill rates while managing the branch P&L and cost control. Lead a team of recruiters through coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure service levels and KPIs are met, while serving as the escalation point for client program issues. Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership, perform branch audits, and manage client onboarding including credit assessments and rate negotiations. Create local recruitment strategies by building relationships with educational institutions and trade schools, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulatory licenses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Two years' direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities
- Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred
- One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to set own priorities, schedule day's events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle numerous problems simultaneously
