Job Summary
Lead and supervise on the selling floor, driving customer satisfaction through merchandising, promotions, and Omni-channel selling. Act as a role model for colleagues, educate on POS technology, and promote Macy’s mobile app to enhance the in-store experience. Coordinate with People Leaders to plan store activities, provide feedback to improve customer experiences, and oversee opening/closing procedures and merchandise standards. Develop colleagues’ skills toward advancement to roles such as Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager. Requires 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
