Job Summary
As Selling and Support Captain at Macy’s Stonebriar Centre, you will lead and support the selling floor by mentoring colleagues in customer service, merchandising, and omnichannel selling initiatives. You will role model customer-focused service, provide fast feedback to improve experiences, promote the Macy’s mobile app, and ensure merchandise standards are upheld. You will collaborate with People Leaders to plan store activities, provide continuous feedback to drive positive customer experiences, participate in opening/closing procedures and POS/tech training, and help guide teams toward advancement opportunities such as Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
