Job Summary
Lead and supervise store activities on the selling floor, drive customer satisfaction through expert service and merchandising, and coach colleagues in executing tasks. Responsibilities include guiding tasks, resolving customer issues, promoting the Macy’s mobile app, maintaining merchandise standards, performing store opening/closing procedures, and training staff on POS technology and applications to support selling and fulfillment of orders. This role emphasizes customer experience, brand loyalty, and teamwork, with advancement opportunities toward Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience preferred
