Job Summary
Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement while acting as a trusted style confidante. Service both in-store and digital clients using omni-channel tools, wardrobe technology, and social media to guide intentional traffic. Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales, then strategize your own business to increase productivity through successful outreach and wardrobing. Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals while maintaining a customer-centric mentality. Work onsite at the specified location reporting to the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / equivalency
- Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal
- Experienced with technology
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools
- Styling experience
- Fashion experience
