Job Summary
Seller Success Advisor to join eBay’s HiPo team. Responsibilities include guiding new sellers through onboarding, educating on platform tools and best practices, assisting with catalog uploads and listing optimization, monitoring performance metrics, providing timely resolutions or escalations, delivering actionable insights, and conducting health check-ins to ensure seller satisfaction. Key skills include account onboarding, seller operations, CRM proficiency, data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. Travel is required. Remote work is available for India.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, client onboarding, customer success, or seller operations (preferably in eCommerce or a marketplace)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic eCommerce technologies
- Customer-first mindset and service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Data-driven thinking and comfort with performance metrics
- Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
- Travel is required
