Job Summary
The Sell Out Specialist is responsible for generating interest among clients in the industrial professional sector by promoting a wide range of products and brands. The role focuses on increasing market share nationally and building strong, lasting relationships between the End User, Distributor, and the Company. Duties include market analysis, researching and acquiring new end clients, developing action plans aligned with business strategies, strengthening relationships with distributors, organizing territory events, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance product demonstration activities. Required skills include strong analytical abilities, a consultative sales approach, operational independence, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economy and Commerce, Engineering or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience with major users or in the distribution of industrial supplies/structured manufacturers
- Commercial or technical-commercial experience
