Job Summary
Manage daily operations of a self-storage facility by interacting with customers, presenting storage options, and collecting rent, deposits, and fees. Visually inspect the property daily to address maintenance and cleanliness issues while making bank deposits and deliveries to the Post Office. Maintain accurate computer accounting records, sell retail merchandise, and follow emergency procedures for fires or disasters. Make past due calls to delinquent accounts and participate in training programs as requested. Requires a valid driver's license, 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must be able to traverse the location in varying weather, lift 25+ pounds, and travel for company errands.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must be able to traverse the location and inspect the entire property in varying weather conditions
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Stooping, bending, twisting, reaching and repetitive motion may be required in the completion of job duties
- Ability to travel to locations other than the facility for the purpose of completing company errands
- Must be able to lift 25+ pounds
