Job Summary
Rent storage units, prepare leases, and handle sales calls while meeting customer needs with a high level of service. Ensure the facility remains clean, well-maintained, and operational, and maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales deposits. Manage the overall operations of the self-storage facility in a professional and business-like manner. This full-time, five-day position (including Saturday) is located at 1065 E. 3rd Street, Corona, CA. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years self-storage, retail or customer service management experience
- Extensive Customer Service experience
- Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility: Saturday hours are required
- Valid Driver's License, Insurance and reliable transportation
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
