Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations at a self-storage facility, interact with customers by phone and walk-ins, and maintain organized records. Responsibilities include communicating rates and promotions, answering rental-terms questions, resolving customer concerns, selling and recommending unit sizes and services, maintaining transaction records, conducting regular facility inspections to uphold curb appeal and cleanliness, and reporting maintenance issues. Key skills include customer service focus, multitasking, strong communication, listening abilities, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Hours are approximately 20 per week with holidays off; position is part-time and salary is hourly.
