Self Perform Bilingual Construction Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle across construction and manufacturing roles. Will partner with managers to define job descriptions and hiring criteria, build and maintain candidate pipelines via databases, online forums, social media, and networks, conduct in-depth screens and interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and assist with offers while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Requires strong bilingual English/Spanish communication, expertise with ATS/CRM tools (Workday a plus), and ability to travel ~15% to team meetings, conferences, and job sites. Emphasis on sourcing strategy, data-driven insights on talent availability and compensation trends, and building candidate relationships aligned with company values.
