Required Qualifications
- 2+ years related work experience in health care administrative, financial, insurance, customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
- Knowledge of medical billing practices
- Understanding of No Surprises Collections Act
- Confidentiality requirements regarding patients and proper handling of information
- Mathematics skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to navigate and gather data from various internal sources
- Experience in revenue cycle collaboration across departments
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Nashville within commuting distance
