Job Summary
Follows up on all assigned accounts within the billing systems, initiates proactive measures for account resolution, analyzes accounts/payments, ensures proper coding and eligibility, and handles correspondence with payers/patients; focuses on resolving self-pay accounts through defined processes and communicates with patients for third-party sponsorship, settlements, or charity processes; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience. Location: Grand Junction, CO; work on-site; full-time.
