Job Summary
Provide supervision, training, and assistance in accomplishing activities of daily living, including self-care, social, recreation, community, and domestic skills for a 10-year-old boy. Help build a connection and encourage the individual to try new things during evening hours and occasionally on weekends. Maintain a valid New York State driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds, as a vehicle is required. Perform duties Monday through Friday evenings with occasional weekend availability, earning $18–$20 per hour on a per diem basis. Applicants must be 18 years or older, hold a high school diploma, and complete all required trainings within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications

- Valid New York State driver's license
- Vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Training in all required trainings within 90 days of being hired
- Current certifications with all required trainings
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- 18 years or older
