Job Summary
Manage the Wok station for Chinese, Korean, and Indonesian cuisine while maintaining a 10-minute service standard. Proactively monitor kitchen flow to prevent bottlenecks and assist colleagues at Sushi, Teppanyaki, and Deep-fry stations during high-volume shifts. Ensure optimal throughput by moving effortlessly throughout the kitchen to support the entire operation. Housing and food on work days are provided, with staff taking turns preparing meals occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with East Asian cooking techniques at various stations
- A proactive, team-first attitude—you recognize where help is needed before it's even asked
- The ability to work calmly and quickly during busy, high-volume shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally you would be an all round chef that specialise in east asian food styles
- Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Indonesian cuisine
