Job Summary
Provide supervision, training, and assistance in accomplishing activities of daily living, including self-care, social, recreation, community, and domestic skills for a 22-year-old male interested in music, boxing, acting, and content creation. Serve as an advocate and liaison for the individual's rights and benefits. Maintain a valid New York State driver's license and a vehicle to perform duties, while lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds. Work a relief schedule from Tuesday through Friday (2pm–4:30pm) and weekends (7:30am–4:30pm) in Wayne County, NY, earning $23–$25 per hour. Complete all required trainings within 90 days of hiring and maintain current certifications. Applicants must be 18 or older, have effective communication skills, and not share an address with the supported individual.
Required Qualifications
