Job Summary
Provide supervision, training, and assistance in accomplishing activities of daily living, including self-care, social, recreation, community, and domestic skills for a 56-year-old male who enjoys socializing and going into the community. Act as an advocate and liaison for the individual's rights and benefits, serving as a positive role model for personal appearance and assisting with personal care. Maintain a valid New York State driver's license and a vehicle to perform duties, and be able to lift, transfer, and move at least 50 lbs. Work per diem for up to one day per week, with 5–10 hours based on availability, at a rate of $24–26/hr. Applicants must be 18 years or older, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete all required trainings within 90 days of hiring.

- Training in all required trainings within 90 days of being hired
- Current certifications with all required trainings
