Job Summary
Self-Direction PPP Support Counselor performs in-person quarterly evaluations for Personal Preference Program participants, manages budgeting and cash-management planning, reviews monthly expenditures, back-up and capacity planning, analyzes worker timecards (PTO, EVV), updates electronic records, educates members on safety and notification requirements, and maintains documentation. Requires strong analytical, budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills; field-based role with extensive home visits in New Jersey; preferred LPN or healthcare background; proficient with MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- LPN or healthcare background preferred
- 3 years’ experience in health insurance or professional business-related field preferred
- MS Office proficiency
