Job Summary
Self-Direction PPP Support Counselor conducts quarterly in-person evaluations for members enrolled in the Personal Preference Program in Monmouth or Ocean Counties. Responsibilities include budgeting, developing and reviewing cash management plans, forecasting, safety planning, scheduling, real-time monitoring, reviewing and updating monthly budgets and back-up plans, reviewing timecards for PTO and EVV compliance, maintaining electronic medical records, identifying and reporting suspected fraud or abuse, and educating members on changes in condition and safety. Requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to work in-home with a diverse participant population, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based role in New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- LPN or healthcare background preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a health insurance industry or professional business-related field required
- Experience with MS Office and other WFM solutions highly preferred
