Job Summary
Oversee a caseload of up to 80 individuals by processing reimbursements for individuals, vendors, and staff while ensuring compliance with Medicaid and OPWDD requirements. Review monthly staff notes, expenditure reports, and biannual Life Plan meetings to verify service delivery and billing standards. Act as the primary point of contact for participants, communicate regulatory updates, and maintain required trainings and documentation for a ten-year retention period. Compile housing subsidy data, conduct quality assurance walkthroughs, and complete monthly progress notes for billing. Maintain a valid NYS driver's license and daily vehicle access.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS driver's license
- Daily access to a vehicle
- Driving record acceptable to the agency insurance carrier's standards
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services-related field
- QIDP
- Ability to multitask and work independently, while still being part of a collaborative team
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Comfort with learning new technology and teaching this technology to others
- Knowledge and implementation of Person-Centered Planning skills
- People skills, and comfort with communicating regularly via all forms of contact
