Job Summary
Collaborate with Financial Management Services, independent facilitators, regional center staff, and service providers to recruit, screen, and place candidates in Self-Determination Program roles. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires while serving as the main point of contact for families regarding staffing needs. Maintain accurate records of placements, schedules, and performance, and support payroll processing and timecard management. Monitor program compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and funding requirements. Participate in community outreach and educational efforts to promote understanding of the program, fostering positive relationships with clients and staff to ensure satisfaction. This full-time role offers weekly pay, insurance options, paid time off, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Self-Determination program experience
- Professional communication and prompt follow-through
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
- Valid driver's license
