Self-Contained Instructional Aide

Provide direct, one-on-one support to students with special needs in a self-contained classroom setting, assisting with daily routines, behavioral interventions, and academic tasks. Monitor student progress, document incidents, and collaborate with teachers and families to tailor individualized education plans. Maintain a safe, structured environment while facilitating social interactions and skill-building activities throughout the school day.
