Job Summary
Monitor self-checkout transactions to protect inventory against fraud and theft by verifying scanned items, addressing POS alerts, and intervening on irregularities. Provide proactive customer assistance by educating shoppers on the process, greeting guests, and guiding those who need help scanning products. Maintain a clean, stocked work area by sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, and returning carts to the corral. Report incidents of theft, suspicious behavior, or equipment malfunctions to store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform job functions
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- High standard of integrity and reliability
- Basic computer skills required to participate in online training
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Supervisory Experience 0-3 yrs minimum
