Job Summary
Monitor self-checkout transactions to prevent inventory loss, scanning items accurately and addressing Point-of-Sale alerts for discrepancies. Intervene when necessary to verify scanned products, educate customers on the process, and report theft or equipment malfunctions to leadership. Maintain a clean, stocked self-checkout area by sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, and returning carts to the corral while managing lane traffic. Requires high school education, English proficiency, and ability to lift 250 lbs. Located at a store with no travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform job functions
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- High standard of integrity and reliability
- Basic computer skills required to participate in online training
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- 0-3 yrs minimum Supervisory Experience
