Job Summary
The Selector is responsible for selecting, shrink wrapping, and loading assignments provided by a supervisor or lead, ensuring tasks are completed until the supervisor signals the end of the shift. Key duties include loading and unloading merchandise, stocking items in the warehouse, inspecting for damage or deficiencies, completing inventory preparations, and organizing shipments. Essential skills include strong oral and written communication, math aptitude, and effective time management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly.
