Selector

The Selector is responsible for evaluating and selecting various types of milk products based on quality, specifications, and customer requirements. Essential duties include pulling customer orders, checking items for quality, applying customer information to selected products, documenting code dates, and reporting quality issues. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication skills, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the physical ability to lift and handle heavy products.
