Selector Lead

As a Selecting Lead at Imperial, you will monitor workload in the assigned area, move labor as needed, ensure proper pickline flow and batch integrity, and direct utilities to support productivity. You’ll train new hires, coach lower performers with supervisors, and validate that orders are picked and packed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include reading orders and item codes, following directions from the voice system Lydia through a headset and using a scanner, placing items into totes, packing, notifying supervisors of shortages, pushing totes down rollers, and confirming orders in the computer system. You’ll be responsible for meeting productivity and accuracy standards, handling low batches and damaged items, and performing other duties as assigned. Essential skills include basic computer use, ability to read simple words and numbers, English communication, and the ability to follow instructions from a voice headset or scanner.
