Job Summary
Pull orders from pick sheets, unload pallets, and inspect produce for quality defects. Separate items by color and size, scan inventory, and operate electric pallet jacks safely. Stack cases neatly, load finished orders onto trucks, and feed product into packing machines. Clean work areas and follow strict warehouse safety procedures regarding equipment and food handling. Have orders approved by a Checker before moving finished pallets to designated areas. Perform other duties as assigned while working Sunday through Thursday evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to display basic arithmetic skills
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Produce experience is preferred
- 1 year of experience working in a warehouse
- Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
