Job Summary
The Select Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates with Account Executives to design, support, and execute tailored commercial insurance solutions for a diverse client portfolio. Responsible for service, placement, and growth of accounts, maintaining accurate documentation in agency management systems, coordinating certificates and proofs of insurance, drafting loss exhibits, and supporting renewals and risk placement while upholding data integrity and quality control of program documentation. Emphasizes organized work, cross-team collaboration, and timely execution in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in a Property and Casualty brokerage environment, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance
- Ability to follow processes and procedural guidance
- Effective time management and task prioritization to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them as required
