Job Summary
As a Select Business Unit (SBU) Processor you will ensure the precision of policies and endorsements for designated commercial business accounts. Methodically manage client information to maintain up-to-date and precise client files. Collaborate with SBU Account Executives to deliver comprehensive support in managing client accounts effectively. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing new and renewal policies using EPIC data, evaluating and handling endorsements, initiating carrier corrections, following up on change requests, assisting SBU AEs with Daily Mail tasks, maintaining timely updates in EPIC, drafting insured letters (primarily via email), participating in SBU meetings and trainings for Colorado licensing, and performing additional duties as assigned. Travel may be required for training or meetings. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and professional communication within an office environment in Craig, Colorado.
