Job Summary
Select Business Unit Account Executive responsibilities include coordinating with clients to maintain accurate files, managing daily client service and problem resolution, verifying policy details and endorsements, issuing certificates and renewals, preparing proposals and quotes, reviewing audits and facilitating corrections with carriers, assisting with premium finance and premium collections, mentoring staff on client and carrier service requests, and utilizing EPIC within agency workflows to meet deadlines. Strong insurance knowledge, excellent communication, ability to manage multiple projects, and collaboration with agency staff are required; travel for training or client meetings may be involved. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent insurance experience; applicable state insurance license required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent insurance experience
- Maintain insurance license as required by the appropriate State Department of Insurance and Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC.
- Proficiency in utilizing a desktop or laptop computer and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as essential
- Experience with commercial lines and insurance products, underwriting procedures, and client service workflows
