Job Summary
Identify and secure suitable land for photovoltaic, wind energy, and battery storage projects in Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, and Thuringia. Build and maintain a reliable regional network with landowners, farmers, municipalities, and stakeholders. Independently approach potential landowners, negotiate land security agreements, and prepare contracts. Identify new regional project opportunities and continuously expand your own land pipeline. Provide initial estimates and assessments of potential land in close coordination with project development teams. Accompany projects from first contact to successful land security. Maintain regular exchange with specialist departments to support the further development of the regional project pipeline. Work on a self-employed basis with clear regional responsibilities and long-term development perspectives within an experienced project development team.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Flächenakquise, im Vertrieb, in der Projektentwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Grundstückseigentümern und kommunalen Ansprechpartnern
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und unternehmerischem Denken
- Fähigkeit, Kontakte eigenständig aufzubauen und langfristig zu entwickeln
- Gute regionale Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Außenterminen innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsgebiets
- Führerschein und entsprechende Mobilität innerhalb der Region
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich erneuerbare Energien, Landwirtschaft, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Infrastrukturentwicklung
- Ein gut etabliertes regionales Netzwerk in Ostdeutschland
